Last updated: 24 June 2026
These terms govern your use of ShelfGrader at shelfgrader.com, operated by Kilkelly Enterprises, a sole trader trading as Clearway Apps (ABN 82 862 013 361). By using ShelfGrader you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions: admin@clearwayapps.com.au.
What ShelfGrader is
ShelfGrader is an automated tool that reads the public pages of an online store and grades how visible its products are to AI shopping assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, then suggests fixes. It is an informational and diagnostic tool.
No guarantee of results
The grade, the verdict, and the suggested fixes are informational only. AI shopping assistants and search engines change how they read and rank stores, and many factors are outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular grade, citation, ranking, amount of traffic, or sales, and we are not responsible for the results you get from acting on our suggestions. You are responsible for any changes you make to your own store. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
Using the service
- Only submit URLs for a store you own or are authorised to test.
- Do not misuse the service, including attempting to overload it, scrape it, resell it, reverse engineer it, or interfere with other users.
- You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.
Plans and billing
- Free grade. The grade and ranked fixes are free.
- DIY fix pack, $20 one-time. A one-time purchase of generated fixes you apply yourself.
- Managed, $99 per month. A subscription that renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are in the currency shown at checkout and may exclude taxes such as GST, which are added where applicable. We may change prices, and we will give notice of changes to a subscription before they take effect.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time, which stops future billing. Refunds and cancellation are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual property
ShelfGrader, its content, and its branding belong to us. The store data you submit and any fixes generated for your store are yours to use. You grant us permission to process your submitted content in order to provide the service.
Third-party services
ShelfGrader relies on third-party services, for example Stripe, Vercel, and an AI provider. We are not responsible for those services' own actions or availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of ShelfGrader. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Where our liability can be limited rather than excluded, it is limited to resupplying the service or refunding what you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. ShelfGrader is available worldwide, and if you use it from outside Australia you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the "last updated" date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
