Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellation for ShelfGrader, operated by Kilkelly Enterprises, a sole trader trading as Clearway Apps (ABN 82 862 013 361). To request anything below, email admin@clearwayapps.com.au.

Free grade

The grade and your ranked fixes are free. There is nothing to refund.

DIY fix pack ($20, one-time)

The fix pack is a digital product delivered to you shortly after purchase. If there is a genuine problem, for example you did not receive your files or they do not match what was described, contact us within 7 days with the details and we will fix it or refund you. Refunds are for genuine problems with delivery or quality. The grade and fixes are informational (see our Terms), so not getting more sales, citations, or rankings after making changes is not grounds for a refund, since those outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Because the pack is delivered digitally and immediately, we may decline a refund where it was delivered as described and has been used, except where the Australian Consumer Law gives you a right to one.

Managed plan ($99 per month)

  • The managed plan is billed monthly in advance.
  • You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge.
  • Cancelling part way through a paid month does not trigger a partial refund, but you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
  • If we did not deliver the service for a period you paid for, contact us and we will make it right.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy that we cannot exclude.

Chargebacks

If you think you were charged in error, please contact admin@clearwayapps.com.au first. We can almost always sort it out faster than a bank dispute.
